Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Ingredient 

Scallions, Hot Peppers, Salt, Black Pepper, Pimento, Nutmeg, Citric Acid, Sugar, Thyme.

Jerk Foods Preparartion 

To make a basic jerk marinade, mix the jerk seasoning paste with equal parts olive oil. Massage the mixture into your meat, tofu or veggies and allow to marinate in the fridge overnight or for at least 15 mins.
